I think the fastest way to get started is to work with other groups that are already working against the Google monopoly. This includes "left", "right" and "center" groups. I will try and make a list as I have time. And please feel free to suggest groups and prominent people.
On obvious warning though. All the groups and people mentioned will have their own political goals both short term and long term and will be happy to use this movement for things we might not agree with. For example suppressing speech from the other side while boosting their own speech.
