Are you the type of person that thinks it's sooo super important to read all the terms in a user agreement? If so, let me tell you the only term you need to read, and it's going to be in almost every terms of service you'll find.
"We reserve the right to change any terms of this agreement at any time, with little or no notice to the user"
This term completely nullifies a contract. And you better believe it, that it's in the youtube agreements. On the user's part, this means they can't ever sue you for violating the contract, due to the contract never being a valid contract. That is because a contract has to offer something to all parties involved. Since the clause turns the agreement into something that offers you nothing, it is not a contract. But this also means that youtube can do anything they want to your account without giving you the ability to do anything about it. Since we have no legal recourse, establishing a take action community is most likely the only thing we can do. So thank you Jorge for bringing us together that we might make a change.
