Would it be worth a forum section to ask for help?

I've seen a few people ask if we can look into helping creators on a case by case basis. I think that is outside the scope of what we need to be doing, and I think there are simply so many cases it would not be practical.

I think it would be good to have a  forum section to ask for advice and help. Even if we cant formally help on a case by case basis we are at least a group of sympathetic ears. I dont see a reason to not encourage people to help each other
