1.) Use Patreon
This might actually be something for you who has hardcore fans, or at the least fans who care. It's actually a pretty easy and intuitive thing to set up. Just go to patreon.com and sign up. Then you direct your fans to the website, and get a MONTHLY, assured amount of money.
2.) Get merch made for your brand.
If you have fans that you know would like to have T-shirts, or some other variant of clothing, with a meme/catchphrase from your brand on, or simply just your brand name on it. Then you can sign up to one of the MANY clothing lines online, who might be happy to make some variant of clothing for you.
3.) 3+ ads on videos
This is the easiest, but most insecure way, especially with YouTube as it is. This is something you should already be familiar with, (que all the post about the 3x ads) but is it the one you have been doing? It is the easiest (for partners) thing to do. You just space them out pretty evenly over a 10-12 minute video.
You can also use PayPal donate link instead of patreon, but patreon is much, much, much more secure.
