what exactly does this even mean?
does it refer to the system placing additionals ads along with the ones people put on certain part of their videos? or does it refer to different ads having different rates based on the product? or pay youtubers according how much of a video a viewer watched.. so if a person watched half the video then youtube pays half the rate? sorry but this statement is too vague
as for delivered value... what is standard is the valuation based on? because people can value things differently so what might be valuable for one might be worthless for another.

My view on this is that all monetised channels get paid based on audience retention not per viewing of the advert itself. That way you won't get multiple ads in each video. But we really need Jorg's input on this.
