Hi Union members, new here and am wondering if there is a possibility to also bring in the censors or content reviewers as they are called, in our union struggle. What do you guys think about it?

what ? youre telling me the CENSORS are the content reveiwers ? block them . lol it should be run by the people ! by popularity ! look at the thumbs up, so many Amazing videos are way thumbs up, and almost no thumbs down ! cause they are right ! they are awesome ! we need to know who these "censors" are, so we can ban them or make them stop interfering with people ! thats what it is , thats whats going on, they are actively suppressing and interfering with these videos being seen, or de monestizing, so theres no way to make money from it. also, videos ARE NOT showing up, alongside other videos, while you watch, so thats a major scam. if you upload a video it Should be jumping up in the thumbnails along side other videos that people are currently watching, so then, they click on the thumbnail, and see your video. it should not go "to the bottom of the barrel" lol where no one ever watches it. its a scam ! they censor it

That would be literally thousands of people all over the world. There is a set of guidelines and a degree of training is given to them. They sit all working day and moderate videos/respond to reports. The volume of videos is what makes accurate moderation of videos difficult, hence the monetisation model needs changing. |
