I am Approximately, African American, former YouTuber. Why am I a "former" you may ask? Did I quit? No. I was D E L E T E D.
A few days ago YT suspended my account for being linked with an account for being linked with an account that has been terminated for copyright infringement.
The problem was I only had 3 accounts (brand accounts). One had no videos, another a few, but not tragically striked, my main had 1 that was eventually removed.
Though this is not the first time a YT account had been deleted for something like this, it had gone on with IHE, when he was deleted under a single copyright strike.
Which is why I am here, to bring justice to the people who were unfairly deleted for false copyright claims...

False copyright claims are the worst. I've had one on my photography video that uses royalty free music from Purple Planet. Someway, somehow, someone thought I was stealing their musical content. The person who made the claim only claimed it on the one of three songs in the video. Mind you, the music that was used was ROYALTY FREE. Just because it sounded similar, I got the blame for it and not Purple Planet. Which by the way, I credited the music in my description and linked it so they could find it. But nope, let's ignore the evidence and go with the terrible lie, because that's more interesting. So now at the time, if any money I made off of my photography video goes to that one individual, just because of one song. If I refute it and it comes back on me, I will get punished. So I had to let it sit here or delete it. Also when I do let's plays of lesser-known indie games and there's a copyrighted song in the game, I also get the blame. So that's why whenever I do my let's plays for indie game creators, I make that one of my most harshest criticisms.
Sorry for the essay, it's just that false claims are one of the many serious issues we little creators face and I'm sure we all have a story to tell of how much bull it is.
