Hey guys,
Many users and creators have been having issues with bells becoming "unrung". This often gets written off as "user error" most of the time (I know it's not).
In the Facebook group many users were saying they have been forcibly unsubscribed from creators. Which is a HUGE issue that cannot be written off as easy. I'd like to start logging these incidents if possible to see if there is a pattern. Basically all I'd need is the channel you were unsubbed from and some kind of identification (name, nickname, username, string of numbers) something I can associate with YOU for logging purposes. A rough date of discovery also couldn't hurt.
