I don't know if it's YT or me, but this past week I have been hemorrhaging subscribers. Haven't done anything weird or out of character, I'm not even getting bad comments or thumb downs more than usual. A few months ago, YT began demonetizing my videos within seconds of them going live regardless of what the topic was (tested the theory and just did a time lapse from a drive around town with no commentary... it was up less than 30 seconds before getting demonetized). Now I seem to be losing subscribers pretty fast. I'm an itty bitty channel anyway, but it seems I've lost at least one sub each day this week, with it going as high as 3 to 4 a day. Is anyone else having this issue? I really am trying to figure out if it's me or if YT is trolling me.

Let your subs know that they need to check their 'notification'bell at least once a week. You may have chosen 'ALL' but YT will have changed it to 'occasionally'. I noticed on mine that certain channels Sargon, Tim Pool, Dave Cullen, I've chosen 'All' but YT changed it to 'Occasionally' however YT also changed channels like lifehacker, techgumbo, etc. from 'occasionally' to 'All' and even some channels Joe Rogan (wtf) dropped all together. The other thing you can try is upload at the same time everytime, then you can use your analytics to track drops.
