Hi there man, now there's a couple of ways you can deal with this perhaps.
By either contacting Yt in tweet or gmail means or attempt to explain the matter to Joerg Sprave through private message.
As he's seems to be in contact, with actual human YouTube staff members.
Anyways, welcome to the YTU
