Reactivate monetization for small channels so that you can create more content for youtube and not only 10-minute videos, many with poor production quality, very few videos with great production, script, etc.

yes, and remember, if you tube DOES NOT. monetize your channel, then they face, the fine of 30 BILLION dollars.
...they will get you cleared to make money with videos again.
this was agreed that you tube had violated peoples ability to be free and have an open market at you tube.
they literally blocked people. so they will need to unblock.
what we suggest
MAKE A LIST
OF EACH PERSON SPECIFICALY,
AND WHAT EACH PERSON WANTS ( EACH video channel, ) and so they will go and clear out, each persons blocks, AND please to refund any money due to them
a long list a MASTER LIST, so you just hand you tube this list, and they do whatever it says on there and thats all they have to do.
its quite confusing for, what they are asked to do, so make one list and they follow only that, and so they are cleared of any lawsuits from the group and from any people plus they are cleared of any bad attention, that it has gotten them ( they hate bad publicity )
