A lot of youtube lawsuits or lawmakers or censorship issues could easily be influenced by these simple tricks:
-Give the demonetized channel a projection estimate of what it is losing due to demonetization, to facilitate suing for damages in case of lawsuits against false claims used to shut down profitable channels.
-Give the ability for a channel to "undelete" getting back every suscriber, every view, every video, every comment, etc back if the situation is resolved in the creator's favor. Because a lot of "troll" class false claims are meant to damage the channel's profitability or reach to millions of people, and youtube PERMANENTLY deleting the channels or suscribers is only helping bad actors, and NEVER helping good actors.
-The ability for the creator to download their own videos back. Which is sometimes needed to move to another platform (probably required under GDPR law, or at least its spirit). Provided the terms of use aren't violated for other reasons (i.e. using youtube videos as backup storage for non-video data, or promoting violence while wearing a nazi uniform)
