Youtube Bot auto banning Google Accounts when using emotes!

Just wanted to let you guys know of this issue and to be careful using emotes in Youtube live streams for awhile.
Here are a few creators that talked about the issue...

I assume it has to due with this recent amendment to their terms of service, making it include your google account.
"Terminations by YouTube for Service Changes
YouTube may terminate your access, or your Google account’s access to all or part of the Service if YouTube believes, in its sole discretion, that provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially viable. "
It scares me, because a lot of people's livelihood are tied to their google accounts
