Group lacks leadership, is powerless, irrelevant and useless

Sorry that you feel this way. We are actually very active and we have already made very significant changes. We are involved in redefining monetization rules (which are now much more detailed and clear), we have saved several channels that were in trouble by directly intervening, we worked with YouTube on the self certification feature and soon we will see the possibility to get a video pre-approved for monetization. In fact, we have seen progress on ALL of our demands, and this will continue. We also monitor things that happen in the political world, in fact we just conducted a poll about the new presidential executive order (section 230) to find out how the members feel about that one.

But I can't be everywhere, and I focus on the Facebook group page mostly, with the help of a very small group of co-moderators. I do hope that this will change in the near future, as we have plans to change the legal organization of the group into something much more formal, giving is the power to file law suits and such. But this requires a ton of legal work as the organization must be international.
