A youtuber is have his channel threatened

YT does not allow for such a process. Most of the appeals process is conducted by AI (artificial intelligence) as in computer servers. There is absolutely no way to stand by or defend any YouTuber at all. Figure it this way his channel is gone and they will not be getting it back at all. I hope the person had any content that they may have created and posted backed up because they will also not be getting that back.  I just realize you posted a link to the persons channel which is still active. I wrote my reply believing that his channel had been removed already so I apologize for it coming from that standpoint. I looked at the headings for the videos and it seems like he might be falling into the same danger zone that American conservatives are in (I don’t know if your YouTube channel guy is American or not I did not watch any of the videos) which is that we are being prayed upon by the corrupt evil leftist Demoncrats that are in cahoots with the big tech oligarchs and their companies. All this person can do and all any YouTuber can do when their channel is threatened is go through the motions of the appropriate appeals process. As I stated the same thing applies the process is designed intentionally to keep outside witnesses from being brought in to testify because it is not that type of a process.  The person needs to proceed with caution and make sure all content is backed up so it is not lost if the YouTube Nazis decide to completely take the channel down.

I recently had my Channel removed and I am not a continent creator. I only save playlists and subscribe to others and make comments on videos. I am very pointed and passionate about my viewpoints I also am very intelligent in how I choose my words I do not go out of my way and say I’m coming with a rope and I’m gonna string you up from a tree or I’m coming with a hand grenade to blow up your car. I am 54 years old and I grew up in the days when people would just as a matter of common comments that were thrown out of our mouth‘s back in the day say things like “oh I’m going to shoot you” or “oh I’m going to kill you” or “I want to kill so-and-so”. Nowadays you can’t even say anything like that without somebody running to the police station or reporting you somewhere. You can’t even stand up and voice your viewpoint politically about anything. I said some thing, YT took my channel down and away from me, I appealed, they said that “they had numerous or repeated complaints about me” but as per YT being the Nazis that they are, they refused to give me specific information on what I was reported for saying as in they refused to give me any evidence at all and do not appeal again and that was only when I appealed it once. I tried appealing a second time and explained that I am not a content creator I want the evidence of what I was reported for saying and I have received silence since then. Knowing that YouTube is run by AI it was my decision to give up because no matter what I want I am nothing more than a minnow or a brine shrimp in the ocean and they don’t give a crap about me.  Even if you do a peel it a second time and it does get to a human being the problemEven if you do a peel it a second time and it does get to a human being the problem is these evil companies employ destitute Third World nation people through outsourcing and they pay them slave labor wages because those countries laws allow for that and those people are just so glad to have those jobs that they don’t do quality work they do rapid fire quantity work. Those workers also do not speak English as a first language so you have people with no education, being paid garbage wages having to do rapid fire piecemeal work which means quantity over quality so forget about even getting a human being to give you a fair shake in any of those worthless countries. There is also zero way to reach anybody by phone at YT or Google because they designed it that way intentionally.

You need to give up and MoveOn and sodas the person who lost their channel because they are not getting their channel back.
