From Jörg's Facebook post:
YouTube refuses any further meetings.
-----------------------------------------
Hi Jörg,
I can assure you that we've taken all your concerns seriously and appreciate your passion for YouTube.
At the moment it's not possible to set up additional meetings from our side, but I'm always happy to forward any general feedback you have to the relevant teams.
Best,
L****

Here is my answer.

L****,
I am very sorry to hear that you refuse to set up further meetings between the YouTubers Union and YouTube experts and managers.
I urge you to reconsider, for the benefit of YouTube in general. Many creators are very unhappy about the recent changes in YouTube's policies. The YouTubers Union, which I currently represent, has by now accumulated about 15 thousand members that feel that way. We want to discuss the entire situation with you in order to make YouTube a better place for all. Please do not dismiss this important opportunity to increase communication with unhappy YouTube creators.
I feel it is my duty to inform you that in case YouTube fails to acknowledge the YouTubers Union by refusing any further direct communication, we will in fact call our members to action. A first warning "strike" may begin on May 7, 2018, and last two weeks. This measure would have the goal to drive away traffic from YouTube for the duration of the action. We will inform the public about this of course and we expect quite some interest in our related activities. YouTube would experience some financial loss and negative public reputation in case it would come to this.
So please forward this message to the related decision makers in your organization. It is by no means too late to stop our first warning measure. All it takes is to contact this YouTubers Union and arrange further talks.
Best regards
Jörg Sprave
